In a landmark decision by the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on the disputed site in Ayodhya, Ram's birthplace declared.
High Court majority decided that the disputed land is considered Aramjanmebhumi, gave it to Hindu groups. From there the statue of Ram lalla not be removed.
But the court also found that the parts on which Sita Ram platform and includes the kitchen, Nirmohi arena is also occupied part so it will remain near Nirmahi arena.

Judges considered that the statues of Lord Rama were held on 22/23 December 1949 in the disputed mosque. It is believed that Babur built the mosque or on his orders was the birth place of Lord Rama.
The court has also considered how the ASI excavations have found remains of a huge ancient Mender, and the mosque was built upon its Residue. Former U.P Chief Minister Kalyan Singh welcomed the decision but said that if land is not divided, so good. RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that the decision is not to be seen as victory or defeat. While other leader of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Giriraj Kishore said that Muslims should hand over the case in Mathura and Kashi. Appeal for calm Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram has urged all parties to keep the peace.
